Strong winds will be the main weather feature of Holy Week, with unsettled conditions expected until Good Friday.
Today M. Monday (29/4), the weather will be generally clear, in Thrace, north of Crete and in the afternoon and daytime hours, it will be locally cloudy in the central and northern continental heights. Local rain will occur in Thrace and possibly in northern Crete and Evia.
Winds will be west-east-northeast and east-north-northeast, 4-6, and in the Aegean 7-8 locally.
The air temperature will be 22-26 degrees in the western and southern continents, and 27-28 degrees locally.
MACEDONIA, THRACE
Weather: In Thrace, some clouds temporarily increased with local rains, mainly starting in the afternoon. Cloudy in Macedonia from noon, generally clear.

Clouds increased in Macedonia, Thrace, northeastern Aegean, eastern continents, Sporades, Evia, Cyclades and Crete, and in the afternoon – in other continents in the afternoon. There is a possibility of local rain and possibly thunderstorms in Thrace in the morning and afternoon, and temporary rain in the mountains of Macedonia in the afternoon-afternoon. Clouds are expected to increase in the northwest in the evening, so there will be local showers in Northern Ionia and Epirus.
The winds will blow 3-5 Beaufort in the west-east-southeast, they will gradually decrease during the day, and the winds will move to the west with the same intensity. Winds in the east will blow 4-6 from the north and locally 7 Beaufort in the Aegean region in the morning.
The temperature will rise slightly in the east.

In the west, local clouds with local rains and isolated storms increased first in northern Ionia and Epirus and in the afternoon – Epirus and Western Sterea in the afternoon. In the rest of the country, the weather conditions will be mostly clear, it will be cloudy occasionally in the central and northern mainland regions during the day and afternoon, there is a possibility of local rain and isolated lightning in the central and northern regions.
The wind will be weak in the west, gradually blowing from the west at 3-5 Beaufort. In the east, it will initially rotate 3 to 5 Beaufort to the north, gradually 3 to 4 from north to south, and 4 to 6 Beaufort from south to west.
The temperature will rise slightly.
